General Requirements For Shipments:

  1. Copy of AWB, Railway Bill or International Bill Of Lading, and copy of the shipping invoice or packing list for all import shipments
  2. Itemized packing list, including size, weight and contents of each piece for all export shipments.
  3. Letter to customs officials explaining the nature of the shipment along with details related to customs clearance.

Commercial Goods (Import & Export):

  1. Certificates of Origin and Quality
  2. Commercial Invoice and Contract
  3. Commercial Packing List for large shipments
  4. Some goods require Government Agency Approvals (I.e. Gosstandart, Sanepidemstantsia, etc.) depending on the type of goods
