- Copy of AWB, Railway Bill or International Bill Of Lading, and copy of the shipping invoice or packing list for all import shipments
- Itemized packing list, including size, weight and contents of each piece for all export shipments.
- Letter to customs officials explaining the nature of the shipment along with details related to customs clearance.
